Kirsty Senior and Sophie Gilmour are the owner-operators behind Fatima’s, a beloved Middle Eastern-inspired eatery with three busy stores in Auckland. Kirsty, a co-founder of Fatima’s, brings decades of experience and a deep passion for delivering high-quality, high-flavour cuisine. Sophie, a prominent figure in Auckland’s hospitality scene, co-founded the successful eatery Bird on a Wire before joining Fatima’s in 2018.
