Aotearoa Light: Moments of wonder and realisation in New Zealand wilderness

Book Author & Photographer Peter Laurenson
Rights Available: World excl. NZ

A magnificent, large-format book which traverses the majestic peaks of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Dawn and dusk are known as ‘the magic hours’ to landscape photographers, for good reason. When light is shed figuratively, it can bring clarity, insight and wonder. The accompanying text describes these beautiful places in all their glory, as well as shining a light on the importance of preserving our natural environment in these challenging times.

This book is also a homage to a lifelong love of travel and adventuring. Yet, alongside such a well-travelled life must come a sense of responsibility to give back to Nature in whatever ways we can, and to tread more lightly on the environment going forward.
