About the Author
Brooke Donoghue is a New Zealand rower who won a silver medal in the double scull event (along with Hannah Osborne) at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She has twice won the world championships in the double sculls.

Luuka Jones was the first female canoe slalom paddler to represent NZ at the 2008 Olympic Games. At the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro she won a silver medal in the K1 event. She is the current national champion in her sport.

Christel Dunshea-Mooij has a Bachelor of Consumer Knowledge majoring in Health Education from Holland University and a Masters of Nutritional Science with Honours from Massey University. She was the official nutritionist for the 2021 Olympic Team.
