Filled with valuable insights, I Feel Anxious is a concept non-fiction picture book that introduces children to the topic of anxiety. Using child-friendly language, everyday examples, and engaging strategies, this book offers learners, teachers, and parents fun tools to help kids understand and manage their anxiety. It is an excellent resource for exploring visual and written language, as well as deeper cross-curricular themes, making it ideal for use in childcare facilities, schools, after-school programmes, health clinics, libraries, health practitioners, and other settings serving children in need.
The book has lots of additional tools with the help of James Evans-Mcleod, a child clinical psychologist.
