Buffy Ellen is a qualified Nutritionist, Naturopath and Medical Herbalist, and the founder of Be Good Organics, an online plant-based cooking school and natural health education hub. After experiencing her own healing journey from Graves’ disease using plant-based food and medicine, she now devotes her energy to helping others do the same. She also consults privately with naturopathic and nutrition clients, both from NZ and internationally. Her specific areas of interest include hormones, fertility, pregnancy, babies, stress and anxiety, weight loss, and sleep.
