About the Author
Elizabeth Gray (Ngāti Rēhia, Ngāti Uepōhatu, Tama Ūpoko ki te awa o Wanganui, Ngāti Tūwharetoa) is a taonga puoro (Māori musical instruments) practitioner researching how music can be used as a method of healing and rehabilitation. She is a member of the Haumanu Collective and Hineraukatauri me Te Ara Puoro is her debut book.
Rehua Wilson (Te Aupouri) is a visual storyteller and illustrator. She specialises in creating immersive stories that enchant young readers. She is passionate about giving back to her culture and illustrating children’s books for the next generation.
