About the Author
Andreas J. Hirsch, born in Vienna, Austria in 1961, is a writer, art curator and photographic artist. In 2011 he edited the book Hundertwasser — The Art of the Green Path and curated the exhibition of the same title for the twentieth anniversary of Kunst Haus Wien (Hundertwasser Museum) in Vienna.

His other writings include books on Pablo Picasso, Tina Modotti, HR Giger and Ludwig van Beethoven, and the history of Vienna. He has authored the children’s book Florian Featherlight and the Quest for the Magic Pearl, and the 2019 publication Creating the Future – A Brief History of Ars Electronica 1979–2019.
